The Impact of Surgical Positioning on Post-Anesthesia Patients

This presentation will describe the common surgical positions, identify risk factors related to the development of positioning injuries during surgery and describe positioning injuries found in the post anesthesia patient.

Requirements to receive contact hours include completing the:

• educational activity
• 5 question post test with a score of 80% or better
• evaluation form
