Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter of AACN

We would like to welcome you to the Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the American Association of Critical Nurses (NEW) website! The NEW chapter was established on 2/01/1974 in Green Bay, WI by a group of local nurses. Their goal was to build a community of critical care nurses who wanted to continually advance themselves in their profession and have a place to BELONG! Our chapter strives to provide its members with quality educational opportunities, a platform for networking with other local nurses and celebrating the achievements of nurses within their communities.

The Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter upholds the national American Association of Critical-Care Nurses through promotion of its Vision, Mission, and Standards for Nursing Care of the Critically Ill at the local level.

If you are seeking to enhance your nursing profession and would like to be part of a strong community of dedicated nurses in our area, take the step to being an active member! We look forward to meeting you!
